• Ensure the presence from students to the senior citizen in agricultural and allied activities through peoples participation.
• Ensure Natural Resources management and its optimum utilization.
• Promote integrated agricultural activities in a long term manner.
• Ensure livelihood for the farming community.
• Undertake activities form farm to fork and begin agriculture with culture and end with ICT.
• Ensure healthy food through Organic and Good Agricultural Practices.
• Integrate modern technologies with Indigenous Traditional Knowledge and extend this knowledge from lab to land.
• Ensure the Social Security of farmer, consumers and stake holders.
• Convergence of development activities by Line Departments, Local Self Governments, Research Institutions and other various agencies.
• Address the problems of climate change.
• Promote Farm and Health Tourism.
• Ensure Fare Trade, Traceability of products, and pass on the major share of the surplus to the farming community.
• Promote wisdom and entertainment of the farmers, employees, consumers and stake holders.
• Ensure the well being of the community through the promotional activities in Economic-Health-Education-Social-Cultural sectors.
• Develop an alternate development strategy for the Neo-Liberal Policies through people’s participation.
